Wine 4 Paws: Raclette Lunch with Norbert Wabnig

Back by popular demand, legendary cheesemonger Norbert Wabnig returns with his signature Raclette Experience— this time in support of Wine 4 Paws.

$35 for non-members | $25 for members

Enjoy a guided Raclette tasting experience. The meal includes boiled potatoes, grilled onions, cornichons, bread, grilled vegetables, bresaola (cured beef) and 4-5 oz of melted cheese. Finish with homemade chocolate mousse and cookies. And of course, a glass of wine.

10% of all weekend sales will go to the Wine 4 Paws fundraiser benefiting Woods Humane Society.

The regular wine and cheese flight will also be available both days.

Take the experience home—raclette cheese, bresaola, and cornichons will be available for purchase.
